They not only loaded all 40+ pieces of our luggage , they also made sure our group were comfortable and safe getting on and off their buses. We purchased a round trip and on our return trip, they were able to accommodate a couple changes. Some of us went to the airport and some of us went back to the hotel. They were flexible and kind with the last minute change. We really appreciated it. They are our go to service when we return to Seattle. When I reached out to them they responded very quickly. They gave me a set price, which I considered to be very fair for a party of 6 with lots of luggage. Once I gave them a card for our fare, they sent a confirmation and provided further info about notifications the day of travel. They arrived a little early with a lovely and clean Mercedes van. Our driver was great - got all our heavy luggage in and took us safely to the cruise port and got us there by our appointed time.
